Can I carry hours over from the previous month?

We plan our time so that we are maximising the use of your hours booked and keeping productive. 

 

Can you still help if I require other business/household services that are not listed?

Our services are flexible and tailored to you so feel free to give us a call or email and we can discuss the tasks and what we can do to help.

 

How is the payment structured?

We charge a 50% retainer fee which acts like a deposit and goes towards your final payment, once we have executed your tasks we will charge the remainder of the amount.

 

Can I cancel hours that I have booked?

Absolutely, we require 24hrs to cancel and anything after that will cost your deposit.

 

What if I require assistance outside of your opening hours?

This will need to be discussed prior and timings to be agreed, as there will be a surcharge.
